Yu-Gi-Oh GENESYS Deck Builder Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Yu-Gi-Oh GENESYS Deck Builder (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides browser-based tools for searching cards, building GENESYS decks, tracking official point values, selecting an event point cap, validating deck construction, saving multiple decks locally, and importing, exporting, or sharing decklists.

No account is required. Locally saved decks remain in the browser and device where they were created unless you export or share them.

3. Tournament Use

The Service is a preparation aid, not an official tournament registration or deck-submission system. Point lists, card data, and event rules can change. You are responsible for confirming the current event point cap, card legality, submission method, and all organizer instructions before participating.

4. Local Data and Backups

Decks are automatically saved in browser local storage. Browser settings, storage cleanup, device loss, or software changes may erase local decks. The Service does not guarantee recovery, so you should export important decklists as a backup.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service lawfully and without interfering with its availability or security.
  • Do not use import or share features to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
  • Verify exported decklists before relying on them in another service or event.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided free of charge and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. Features, supported formats, and card data may change as the GENESYS format evolves.

7. Intellectual Property

Yu-Gi-Oh!, card names, artwork, and GENESYS-related trademarks belong to their respective owners, including Konami Digital Entertainment. This website is an independent deck-building tool and is not an official Konami service. Your original deck configurations remain yours to use, export, and share.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or tournament acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from unavailable service, lost local data, inaccurate deck information, or reliance on an exported or shared decklist.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
